Shipping costs



For an accurate calculation of shipping costs, add the products to your cart and enter your address at checkout. Delivery time is 24 to 48 hours in mainland Portugal.

Portugal - Free shipping on orders over €18. *Orders may be subject to customs duties in countries outside the EU. Prices apply to orders up to 30kg (Mainland Portugal).

• Mainland Spain: 1 to 3 business days
• Europe: 3 to 6 business days. Worldwide: up to 15 days.

How do I return an order?

Return the item in its unused condition, in its original packaging, with its price and proof of purchase. This applies to Portugal, the islands, and other countries. Returns are only accepted within 15 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a valid reason.

Exchanges/returns can be processed by mail: The order must be returned by mail, addressing the recipient as:

After we receive the product, we will either refund the product's value or exchange it. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

How to buy?

• Browse the products and select your chosen one to enlarge it and see more images, as well as its details: description, material, dimensions, and references.
• To add a product to your shopping cart, choose the "Add to cart" option, where you can adjust the quantity you wish to order.
• You can view all the products in your shopping cart by clicking on "Cart" in the upper right corner of each page.
• To complete your purchase, press the "Payment" button in your shopping cart.
• You will be asked for your email address, billing and shipping addresses.
• You will receive an email confirming your order with your ID, which you will use to communicate with Trendout.pt.

Taxes and customs duties

• Please note that for customers outside of Portugal, VAT is not included in our prices.
• Any customs or import duties are charged once the order arrives in its destination country; these fees must be paid by the recipient (unfortunately, Trendout.pt has no control over, nor can it predict, their value).
